I bought a Ryland Home in Orlando in 2006. The HVAC system was improperly designed. They used a 2-ton cooling system to service one 280 square foot room of the house. HVAC experts puzzled over this design. Because the AC system was oversized the room was continually humid. This caused rampant mold growth in that room's air handling system.
