Complaint Review: RYO America/Christopher Maryott - Scottsdale Arizona

 I was partners with Ms Lesa Danielson and her story is as accurate as it could be , seeing how it was my money that was deposit into Mr Christopher's account at chase . Lesa's story or complaint is true no matter what Christopher wants to say about Lesa and her arrest for giving a mutual friend a ride who was the reason Lesa got into trouble and we must always remember you are presumed innocent until proven guilty which she was not found guilty ! There is a lesson to be learned here never give someone a ride unless you basically frisk them or check their backpack in this case , we owned a smoke shop and had befriended this man , he was clean cut and I would have never expected for this man to be a drug dealer ,but enough about that situation .

Basically Christopher with RYO is everything Lesa had reported on rip off report without a doubt , yes my mother in law signed off on the shipment that took a month to receive and it was not the machine that we ordered , if there is a lesson to be learned in all this never buy anything without going through eBay where we would have been protected , this guy is a con artist and we certainly were not his first victim , but hopefully we will be the last . He can try all he wants to talk his way out of his con ,but he did rip us off and is solely responsible for putting us out of business , if I could give anyone advice I personally would never do business with this man or his company .

The condition of the machine was awful it left the place in good condition from the owner who Christopher purchased it from but after speaking to the previous owner , he had told us that Christopher had called him and had him switch the machine that we were supposed to receive and shipped it at the last minute to the customer that was supposed to receive the machine we had received and they received our slightly used machine we were supposed to get and to make matters worse our machine we received after we unwrapped it looked like it fell off the truck or by me guessing it looked as it was shipped with out being strapped down and

basically just being tossed around from side to side and back to front over and over again , the previous owner sent me pictures of the RYO machine prior to being shipped and believe me it was not in anyway the same condition when we finally received it , we did try many times to contact Christopher to give him a chance to make things right , believe me that was the last thing on his mind , as soon as he had our $6500 he was on to his next victim , I pray he has shut down and is no longer ripping anyone else off , don't take my word on this situation , you can always call RYO of America and speak with them , we were told we would be lucky if we received anything at all ...

So again if you do happen to buy anything from this crook go through eBay so you have some recourse , do not make the mistake that we did , looking back now I would rather have paid $7500 through eBay and received the machine I purchased ... not the garbage I ended up with . Again this guy is a crook and Lesa is a saint and told the whole truth , besides giving Christopher every chance to make it right which he failed miserably , he had no intention of making it right , which clearly shows his intentions and after much research we have found that there are many others who have been scammed by this company and its owner . Buyer beware of doing business with this con man . I hope this clears his rebuttal up and trying to make people think that he is a legitimate business and Lesa is a drug dealer which is completely false ...

I am very upset that this listing in bold letters is the top search result for my name. This looks terrible. 

I went to find the invoice for this customers complaint. I do not think it is very fair that anyone can write a complaint in bold letters on this website without having proof nor justification for their claim. Furthermore, the people filing complaints do not have to leave their name. 

I found the old invoice to show that this customer did infact receive their equipment and signed off for it in good condition. 

I called the trucking company and the company that delivered the machine said that the customer signed off on the shipping document. The way the trucking company works, once an item is received and signed off on it releases any liability from that point forward. 

In other words, the customer received and signed off on their equipment as satisfactory. 

So I was looking up this invoice to show the machine was delivered and received in good condition. The person that wrote this complaint is LESA ASHLEY DANIELSON. 

The company that Lesa Ashley Danielson from Phoenix Arizona works for is either out of business or does not respond to my inquiries.

I think it is absolutely unfair she can hide without posting her name next to her complaint. 

So, I went online to find out more about this companies alleged complaint and over the top accusations to get further clarification.

This report was filed on 6.4.14 by Lesa Ashley Danielson. 

I googled her name and her arrest reports came up. My favorite is the arrest report on 6.25.14. This is not her first arrest report either. The information is out there. It is not hard to connect the dots. DRUG DEALER cough BUSTED cough NARCOTICS TRANSPORTATION.

All I am asking is that you consider the source. This person obviously has other issues and they decided to lash out as yours truly. 

But yet my name is the name is big bold red letters. Beware. Anyone can make false accusations on this site and they are not legally held accountable. 

Maybe I can serve her legal documents if she is still in jail / prison. Poetic Justice I suppose. 

So steer clear of drug dealing -alleged- LESA ASHLEY DANIELSON. She may put you on this website and then you will have to defend yourself against her false accusations. 

In all fairness I did try to reach out to her to giver her a chance to clean up her lies, but I do not have a valid address nor phone number for this person. 

Customer was told that machine would go out by January 6th. 

Yes. This is a true statement. The original machine that was shipped was sold to another customer. I had to locate and purchase a different unit. Our business model is first come, first served.

As far as freight is concerned, I can find your freight order and post it online. Again, my apologies for having to change machines. This business is not as cut and dry as everyone would think. I had to work with the new source to accommodate shipping your unit. This does add a few days to your order.

Yes, Filling Station did name me in a lawsuit that had nothing to do with me. I am not tied to the sued party. It was a cheap shot by the parent company. I am still entertaining countersuing for having named me in the first place. But again, this has nothing to do with the issue at hand. I wrote a letter to their attorney stating my position.

Were some of these machines listed as contraband by various states? Yes. But again, that sticker has nothing to do with the issue of you receiving  your equipment.

You never reached out to me to complain about the machines specific issues. I can, or in this case, would have gladly helped you and given you guidance.

Calling someone a criminial is a pretty serious accusation. In addtion to your comment about being defrauded. I am sure there is a lawsuit that can be filed against you for defamation of character and/or some sort of liable / slander. Remember, you cannot back track from your position now due to the fact that this site will not remove your initial complaint.

In summary, I want everyone to be happy and content with their purchase. I do apologize for you having what you view as a negative experience. However, the name calling and accusations are childish and harmful to my reputation. Posting RYO's claim on this site causes me much grief, distress and suffering. I want to take the high road in every situation, but you have created a public situation that may likely end up in court. I do value my customers and reputation.
