I understand that you could have gotten better customer service, but if you did not return the car.....what did you expect to happen? I can assure you that if you were to rent a car from any company or even buy a car, if you don't pay you will be repoed. So as I mentioned I understand you are upset, but you need to hold you self accountable in the situation. Just my two cents.

Sabans rent a car has the nerve to call someone a lie when I have no idea why the state of Az does not pull there business lic and lock Dennis up in tent city with all the other crooks. stay clear of sabans at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!

Give me a break. Jyl has no reason to lie about some little rental car company. Why don't you try to take care of your customers instead of calling them liars?

I do not know the details about the above writer but I have rented from Sabans many times and have nothing but positives things to say. In example: Sabans Rent A Car has always been able to assist me with last minute transportation needs. Sabans Rent A Car charges have always reflected the quotes given to me. Sabans Rent A Car has always offered roadside assistance Sabans Rent A Car staff has always offered less expensive alternatives - pro actively! How many large companies do that! Sabans Rent A Car vehicles have always been clean, reliable and just as good as any large company. No problems...good experiences..as I said, possibly the poster is not telling the whole story.
