Sabans Rent A Car I was Ripped off, verbally abused, racial and gender descriminated apon, Removed from property Phoenix Arizona
I rented a car from Sabans rent a car for the weekend. I was told that I had to leave a $350.00 dollar deposit because I did not posses a credit card. He said i would be charged $39.95. I was also asked if I posessed insurance and they made a copy of my card.
Apon returning their vehicle,I had some questions concerning the amount I was being charged. I was charged $230.00 for three days of car rental in state.
I asked the gentleman and he couldn't explain and also had trouble speaking english. I then asked my friends boyfriend to ask about my bill.When asked,the hispanic man stepped aside and the owner ran from the back office and started yelling abusive, racial, and vulger statements at myself and friend.
I tried to calm the situation down by asking if we could talk about things and said there was no reason for getting violent. The owner then called for assistance in removing us from the rental office, again shouting, yelling racial and obscene comments towards us. As we are leaving , the owner continues to taunt us over the intercom for everyone to hear. I call the police and the owner and the man who rented the vehicle to me leave the scene. The officer then stated that this happends once a week and that they can not do anyting, that i would have to take him to court. I guess I'll see you in court. I am not going to let this company continue to rip off innocent people like myself.

Saban's has had several complaints against their company. Most of these complaints fall under the same category. This Company has got away with defrauding customers for a long time now and have to be stopped immediately. When asked about these acts they act as any Guilty party would, They become violent, extreamly rude, vulgar and are anxious to get you out and away from their buisness. People who have had similar experiences with this company need to follow through with action. Talking to these people will not help matters. The principle and mistreatment have forced me to take action.
