Safecart Unauthorized charge thru PayPal, ID#7SK80085W7709580W, dated 7/11/13. No one ordered anything. No description. $14.99 Internet

Safecart Receipt

Email dated 11 July, 2013 notifying us that $14.99 was sent through PayPal to Safecart.com. We did not order anything from Safecart or any other place. I will also notify PayPal as they have sent a transaction number which is #7SK80085W7709580W. There is no description of what supposedly we ordered just an amount paid in USD.
