Safeway Van Lines, Inc. Overcharge Surprise - Given one price, paying much more in the end! Landover, Maryland
I requested a quote from Safeway Van Lines based in Landover, MD to move my belongings from Maryland to Florida.
No matter how often they've been contacted ( even thru my attorney ) Safeway never bothered to resolve these matters. I am going on three months of waiting!
The delivery truck hired by Safeway ( that's right, they're a BROKER not a mover ) accidently ran into an Exit Gate and a yellow guard pole ( used to protect the gate ) at the townhouse development where I live. The homeowners association at the complex charged the repair fee ( $717.18 ) to my landlord who subsequently charged me for the damages!
