OK its time to let the truth out about Salsaritas Fresh Cantina, a fast casual Mexican food franchise and its new CEO Paul Mangiemele.
As an ex-franchisee I have all the dirt on this company as I communicate with all the franchisees in the system. Over the next few weeks I will be sharing with you all of the problems of this company and its greedy CEO whose only mission is to take as much money from its franchisees as possible.
It is unfortunate that this is what it has come to but the lies must be stopped and the truth must be told about this company that is financially ruining the lives of many franchisees.

Salsaritas Fresh Cantina is an excellent company Charlotte North Carolina brHere is an important update to the report I just wrote about Salsaritas Fresh Cantina. The fact is that they are really an excellent company to do business with. What I previously reported was unprofessional and not justified in any way. Sometimes we get extremely mad about things that have happened in the past and we look for any way to get revenge. Owning a franchise business can be a frustrating experience and can lead to financial disaster if things do not work out properly. It would not be fair to pass the blame on to a franchisor that really does care about its franchisees and does everything they can to support them in their business. Recently I returned from the annual franchisee convention and after speaking with most of the franchisees it would be fair to say that the current economic down turn is the blame for most of the financial problems with franchisees. There probably is not any restaurant franchise out there that is not experiencing the same problems. My prior remarks about the new CEO were also inappropriate as he brings a tremendous amount of experience to the table and will do anything to help the system and its franchisees. With that said I would highly recommend this company as a good company to do business with. Just remember that as a franchisee you must work hard and take responsibilty for your own business and not blame others for your failures. Time to tell the facts Charlotte, North Carolina
