On August 21, 2014 I made an online purchase for some exhaust pipes for my bike. The payment was processed through my bank on the 22nd. After not receiving any information on shipping I contacted the company on August 25, 2014. I was informed that the product I had purchased online was no longer a product they were selling. I was offered another product at the same price but was informed there is a 6-8 week wait on all products. I then cancelled my order over the phone with the company. On September 2, 2014 I contacted the company again to inquire about my refund and was told there is a 2 week process to get a refund and that I should have my money by September 5, 2014. As of today, September 8th I still have not received my refund which is supposed to be an electronic refund back to my credit card. I have contacted my bank and they are not showing any activity from Samson other than the payment I made to them. I called again this morning and was told their accounting program was down and they would call me back. 5 hours later I contacted them again and was told that it does not take 2 weeks for them to issue a refund but that it takes up to 2 weeks for it to show up on my bank statement. Another call to my bank shows there is no activity from the company.
