Samsung Electronics Samsung neglected to repair phone to working condition after two attempts following their instructions. Ridgefield Park New Jersey
Samsung has refused to repair or replace phone to my satisfaction after two attempts and multiple phone calls. Phone is still broken. My phone was purchased in July 2017 and is still under warranty. It would cost me more to file a small claim than the phone is worth but I'm still scammed as they didn't honor their warranty.
