This low end car lot enjoys selling BMW vehicles at a very reasonable rate. However, this same lot is run by a few people who practice sales techniques that are not only dishonest, but outright deceptive!
We purchased a very clean BMW 5 Series car at a reasonable price. Like all used cars, you can expect to have some maintenance and repairs associated with the after sale if you prefer to have a vehicle up and running without the thought of damage, breakdown or poor maintenance.
What we were surprised to learn is that this dealer will sell you a car and provide financing - after the deal is signed off and paid for... this dealer appears to be the registered owner/co-owner of the car! Yes, we have purchased the vehicle and the owner is now refusing to release the registration of the vehicle until we go through some creative maintenance programs with them...
So much needs to be said, and we will follow up at a later time - currently, we are in the process of working with the State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles on a complaint against this small time shop for not providing legal registration of the vehicle and non-disclosure towards the excessive maintenance of $5000 in tires, engine and transmission repairs. The car appeared to be a wonderful vehicle, but it was in need of serious maintenance and repairs shortly after the purchase!

First off, one of the rules of this site is that you must be honest when filing a complaint or report. This so called "Dr." is not honest at all, not on this report or while conducting business. This person did purchase a vehicle from us and received 5 star service. He was very shady from the begining but we treat all clients with respect and do our best to offer the best service possible. This "Dr." purchased a beautiful 5 series from us and receive not only a great price, but also received a much lower financing rate than we would have received anywhere. After purchasing the vehicle "Dr" called in and asked for advice on replacement tires for his newly purchased vehicle as he wanted some with softer compund for reduced road noise (the tires on the vehicle had over 70% thread). As with all our clients we offered to pass on our discounted rate on new tires along with a recommendation for replacement tires. "Dr" went on to order the tires through us as well as an additional key to the vehicle. We ordered the items immediately and received the items within a few days. We tried contacting "Dr" numerous times within the nexet few weeks with no success. We tried all numbers including his large company. All numbers went to the same answering machine. At this point, we have paid for items on his behalf that are not returnable and cannot reach "Dr". After about 1 month "Dr." emails in a threatening tone demanding the items be mailed to him. Again no response or return of phone calls. We search for a way to contact him and turns out this "Dr" is a scammer wanted by the FBI. We never received payment for the items ordered or return call or email from "Dr". We still have the items and remain unpaid by "Dr." Basically, we paid for items on his behalf with the intention to do him great service and save him several hundred dollars and his plan to scam us for these items. I hope none of you fall victim to his scams. By the way... $5,000 in tires???? What kind of tires was this guy buying. I can assure you the tires he requested from us were very good tires and were less that $1,300 incl shipping for the set of 4 brand new. This goes to show you how misleading this "Dr" really is. This site is to report bad business not to try to further damage a business or person you tried to scam.
