I am writing this report to warn others about Sandra Johnson that operates Uniqueness Unlimited Company. She was introduced to me by an associate who told me that Sandra was a good accountant and a professional tax preparer. I should have trusted my gut instinct when I first met Sandra and she immediately started to lecture me on the "dos and don'ts" of business owners. She came across as a know it all "expert" that barely took time to answer my questions. I was in a bind and decided to use her because she assured me that she was a decade and more experienced CPA that worked specifically to resolve IRS issues.
Sandra told me that she would get my books in order and up to date in two weeks but I still did not have current accounting after four weeks and repeatedly missed deadlines. She always had an excuse for not getting my accounting finished. She was always "uncovering" issues or potential red flags. She didn't respond to my calls, texts or emails until I left over five or six in a row. Sandra filed my taxes and caused me huge problems from the beginning. She claimed deductions and expenses that were untrue because they "made more sense" to get the best tax "advantage".
Her manipulations landed me an IRS field audit that made me spend thousands to get a real CPA to fix. My new CPA says that he has never seen this type incompetency mess that Sandra Johnson has created. She is not a CPA, she lies. Don't let her do your taxes or accounting unless you want to explain the "loopholes" that she takes and files. This could have put me out of business and much worse except that I got lucky and was able to file modifications on my tax returns. This woman is a fast talker that will land you in hot water. I have reported her to authorities and all the tax returns she prepared will be scrutinized for "pattern" deductions and false expenses. Hoping that I can warn enough people no save them from the headache and problems of dealing with Sandra Johnson. Don't let her cuss you a nightmare.
