But your right. Instead of my checking I gave my credit account. But their customer service sucks. I can verify that.

Sounds to me like YOU gave the wrong routing and/or account number for the direct deposit. Seems like you made the mistake not the bank.

First off, I also was told that my refund was ready and they ask me to wait 1-2 days before I would see it in my account. On the 14th. That weekend was a holiday, so I waited. Tuesday rolled nothing, Fine I'll wait some more. Thursday...? Nothing. Emailed them. And from then on, a bunch of emails that didn't make sense. They told me to call the IRS. Called them, it was sent. They told me the check did come back, so their going to mail it. I PAID THEM FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT! NOW I'M GETTING IT MAILED!!!---- But I don't think that email is true. The sent another email telling me another excuse. One more thing, 10 minutes, they sent me three excuses. Meaning they weren't really interested in helping me with the problem. They just sent me automatic replies. DON'T TRUST THIS BANK!!!

you do realize that it's only the 13th right? by the 15th means no later than the 15th so would you calm your nerves and wait for the money to get there before you start complaining?
