Santella Carting Bait & Switch from an Abusive Bully - quality of product (topsoil) was garbage Monroe, New Canaan Connecticut
Don't do business with Lou Santella or any of his companies. I purchased topsoil which when delivered (2 weeks late) was fill soil. Rather than the 15 yards I paid for, he didn't deliver more than 10. When I called to complain, he instantly began cursing at me for 5 minutes and ended by threatening a lawsuit and lien if I canceled the check I gave him and then hung up.
He's incompetent, abusive and manipulative and should be imprisoned.

Daniel **** ordered and received 15 yards of black gold topsoil. He spread it. He loved it. He loved it so much he ordered a second load. The man is a ripoff artist. While the second load was on the way, he stop payed the check. He then took the second load and spread it. He posted this ripoff report and stated that if another load would be delivered for free, he would remove the ripoff report. He is a extortionist. Thank-you Bridgeport Police Department. They are investigating this man's larceny and extortion. The ripoff report is evidence of his ripoff. Check number 118 drawn on PNC Bank in the amount of $535 was stopped by this ripoff artist. Beware of Daniel ****. Hopefully he will be a convicted felon for his ripoff and for his extortion. Hope the other guys in jail love to play with this cute little fool.
