Sapphire gentlemen's Club SHAI COHEN SHAI COHEN have been stealing money from his marketing/Promotions Team Las Vegas, Nevada

SAPPHIRE Gentleman's Club and its Director of Marketing SHAI COHEN have been ripping off promoters, Dancers and clients for years now. Its finally time someone raised a voice against it!!
I was an independent Contractor, and dancer at this club. I was supposed to get paid on how many people i was bringing in to the club and off course on tips. I was good at my job and my paychecks were more than the director himself. A dancer/Promoter is paid on commission, so if your sells are high you can actually make more money than the director himself. Which is true in Vegas with a handful of Successful promoters.
But if the director technically the person in charge of the promotions team is a Jealous, insecure person it might be a bad thing for the promoter. SHAI COHEN, was very insecure, mainly because he thought i would take up his position in the company as the director. Because i was doing more sales and customer relation work than himself.
One week when i was out of town, i had a commission check which was no less than five thousand dollars waiting for me. I know the check was that much because i had already talked to a club manager about my check and he had told me it was in the five thousand dollar range for that week.
After a week when i came back in town, now i have two paychecks waiting for me, the week i was gone and the current week, i called SHAI to find out a good time for me to go pick them up. on the other end of the phone, it was a completely different person. A different attitude and various reasons why i could not pick up the checks. After arguing for several minutes, and telling him that the paychecks were ready, and the fact that i will have to pay taxes on those checks, he drops the bombshell.....i was 86ed from their properties! I could not walk inside the club or office building to pick up my own paychecks!!
This Idiot had the power to 86 me, but dint have the moral to face me in person to explain this move. The commissions went to his pocket. well that was a great reason to do that.
I did not just lose my money the club lost one of the best promoters in town!
An average promoter brings in 40 to 50 people into the club, in a week. My average was 50 per day.
I wanted to talk to the higher authorities in the club but SHAI COHEN would lay his games to shatter every meeting with anyone at the higher level.
Anyways, since then i have talked to numerous Dancers, customers and cocktail waitresses that are getting screwed by this person and the club, but don't have the financial capabilities to go against their Lawyers!!
Many of my clients were charged hefty sums on their Credit Cards, or were forced to pay large sums of cash inside the club for lap dances or drinks they never ordered! i did bring it up to SHAI COHEN from time to time, but in vain!
IF YOU ARE A TOURIST IN VEGAS PLEASE REALIZE THAT SAPPHIRE HAS ALL THE MONEY TO ADVERTIZE. ITS FALSE ADVERTIZING! dont fall in that trap. there are many other gentleman's clubs in Vegas. BE SAFE, GO TO OTHER CLUBS, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS GIANT COMPANY RIPPING OFF CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES EVERY DAY

Keeping it simple and short. I have experienced CC problems myself and know many others who have as well. I would be willing to make a decloration and/or affidavit based on my personal experience. I have documentation and access to council. Make contact if your willing and able to contribute to putting an end to a broard host of abuses.
