Sarah (trubelliza.com) Iwas told by agent (Dana)that i had to pay $4.95 shipping for moisturizer &$4.95 for face cream NO OTHER CHGS CANCEL WHEN I WANT PO box 500 North YorkON M3J 0J8 Ontario, Canada
Called in for free samples of face cream & moistueizer. Had to pay$4.95 shipping for each even though add said $2.99 shipping for moisturizer, I had to pay 4.95
Received pack on Tuesday Feb. 23/16. Would have refused it but it was put in the mailbox and neighbor brought it in for me. I am disabled/ handicapped.
I called1-905581-5576 & told agent I wanted to cancel. Neighbor has this & I broke into a rash after second time using it.
She told me she would email me instructions for use & return code in 3 to 5 min.
Received nothing. Called 2X today. They hung up 1st time & 2nd time was put on hold 5min. approx. This was long distance for me.
I am disgusted by their behaviour & their customer service. Crooks such as these should not be allowed on the internet.
