I ordered a Toshiba 50a62 on February 27, 2004. I was told it would arrive in less than two weeks. Two weeks go by and my husband calls and is told it will be here either today or tomorrow. We wait three days and call again to be told at that time it is on the way to Rhode Island and it will be here the end of this week or the beginning of next week.

We call back on the following Wednesday to find out it is in transit and is in Rhode Island. We call back then everyday and are told yesterday the shipping company may have lost it. We call back today to be told they refunded our money and they are not sure if they shipped the tv. We found out the latter after calling the shipping company to find out the truth. They never shipped it and all this time haven't notified anyone to find out where the set is or to replace it.

During the conversations with jeff (the manager) we are told we will receive no less than 150 back from the shipping company because of the time. Now we do not have the tv after almost a month of waiting and constant calling. We also do not get reimbursed for our time and they have the same television still available.
