SBC Web Hosting ripoff, overcharged, unautoried billing, bad customer service Illinois
Sbc web hosting billed me 1 year up front at 39.95 a month without my permission. The best part is they supposly sent me an automatic renewal by email??? Which I never got or confirmed. So I then called to cancel it and get rembiresed - which never happened, Called a 2nd time and they said they sent another email which I was suppose to respond to confirm my cancellation which I never receiveed so therefor it was never canceled and never was rembersed! Crazy,they will charge you without permission or conformation but wont remberse you unless they have confirmation... Make Sense??? They charge 3 times as much for domain registration and hosting then they average company- Stay clear of them, COMPLETE RIP-OFFFFFF...
