SCAM RUNWAY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Glenville California
I ordered a Chloe bag from Style Runway for $400 last month and instantly received confimation that my credit card had been accpeted and would receive a shipping confimation email very shortly.
A week later I still had received nothing and decided to email to inquire about the status of my order. I received no email back and logged a question with their online "help" chat. All of the operators were apparently busy so I made a complaint with the online email.
I sent another two emails to Style Runway and still received no reply. Thinking this was starting to get suspicious, I typed their name into google and it threw up a list of about 7 or 8 different websites full of customers complaining about the service received from Style Runway. I immediatley cancelled the order and still received no reply.
This morning I received my handbag in a cheaply packaged bag from CHINA, I unopened and the quality of the good is extremely poor, the bag looks nothing like the item picture on the website and it is an obvious fake.
I again emailed style runway for a return address and spoke to "Jacob" who is the apparent online help, he gave me confused answers not relating to the return of the item.
There is no return address for this company, the parcel company delivered the item have no return address, there is no return address on their site, it is as though they do not exist!!
Please do not order from these scam merchants, advise everyone you know to not order from them, they do not deserve our money!!!
I am going to do everything I can to get these low lifes busted for fraudulent trading!
