He hired me to do some telemarketing work for him, i did even with terrible list that he gave me to use to make calls from. the list was the worst. he paid me 135. but he owes me another 30.00 dollars. I don't care how little the amount, people should not be able to rip you off just because they can. Where are the people in this world who has real integrity, morals and values. I almost think that this is the norm, which is why he probably goes thru a lot of telemarketers. He is probably always hiring because he cheats people and is very deceptive. But his day is coming, God is going to fix it and him.

The fact is Mr Grow paid me the rest of the money owed yesterday!!! So if I was so wrong and such a bad person to work with why pay me? And I was not an employee, I worked totally and strickly as an independent contractor. See this is what I'am saying, he 's trying to tarnish my rep, but all the time making himself look like the bad one. And to all telemarketers, please stay as far from scott grow as you possibly can. This also shows just how childish and messy he really is. Don't be mad, do the right thing and you won't have to worry about it being a next time form someone else. I suggest you do not keep this going because you are really looking foolish and petty. Not a good look for a so called ASST BRANCH MANAGER!!! PEACE TO YOU...

I am writing a rebuttal report because the facts in the report filed were in no way correct or a claim of who I am as a person or Employer. In the case of The telemarketer Vs. the Employer, she was paid according to the contract signed by both parties for the week ending 5/13/16. She was actually overpaid for this time period and the money was paid to her directly by the payment method she asked for in Paypal.
She worked for 1 day the next week and I pointed out how she was overpaid and she didn't agree in fact she stated that she worked an extra day that there is no record of her working at all. I went ahead and paid her for the time that she could not prove anyway and paid for the fee's for her paypal account that she wanted me to use. I actually paid her early for that week that isn't even over yet so she has been paid more than the contract, fees covered and paid early and I have records of everything in writing.
I have had employees for over 10 years and have never had any claims of not paying in fact I have claims of being great to work for and very generous. She didn't even put her name with her report, Teretha Moore-Young and I would be very careful in hiring this person as these kind of claims without records could come your way also.
