Scott Harkness Swindled $3000 for services NOT performed Wylie Texas
Mr Harkness ripped me off for $3000 after he has been soliciting me for business for 5 years. He always has returned my calls immediately and been very professional sounding. He even has called me for advice over the years. He contacted me early September and stated he just lost a big job and has an opening and implored me to give him an opportunity. He guaranteed me I will be thrilled with his work. He made many promisses and I actually walked them back and said to start slow but lets start and see some results. He was overselling himself a bit and I sensed it. In retrospect I now realize he was desperate.
We agreed to a consulting agreement to be completed with additional compensation the following week and if I wired him money we would start initial services immediately. My company wired him $3,000. And that was the last I have heard from him. He will not take my calls, answer an email or give any explanation why he dissapeared. He simply ran with my money. No explanation, no emails, nothing. All these years soliciting me just to rob me of $3,000. Beware of this person and sending money in advance of services.
