Please be advised that Brian Mitchell is not a convicted felon, and has never been in any trouble with the law as stated by the Scam Artists of this fraudulent company Decision1Homesavers / Projecthope2008 and their scamming owners Scott Kennedy aka Scott Ely. They are just mad because I exposed their Fraud and now all theycan do is slander me and my good name, well let it be known that I will be filing a law suit against them for slander with IL state attorney general's office

Marcy came to to sleezy company after the another person resigned from this company. Mary does not know how sleezy Scott Kennedy aka Scott Ely really is and should not make false statements when she does not know the full story. The prolems happened before she started working for this sleezy company that DEFRAUDED INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS OUT OF THEIR $ 988.00. Because of DEFRAUDING these people out of their money this is why Scott Kennedy aka Scott Ely had to change the name of the company From Decision1HomeSavers to Projecthope2008, well that will not stop me from filing a COMPLAINT with IL. STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S office. I will supply the names of the other independent contractors that also got screwed over by this sleezy company as they have to be put out of business. Just another one of their sleezy tactics was after I filed the first report this slim ball came back with a low blow saying that Brian Mitchell was a convicted felon when in fact I am not, well that is pretty sleezy

Both people Brian & Diane have never attended any of my training classes and I am the training manager for the company. We do not charge our agents for leads but they are required to complete our training program in order to qualify to receive them. Neither Brian nor Diane has ever requested leads from me and I am the person who distributes them. Take note that we have zero client complaints against our company. If we were taking a fee and not providing the client with the services that they paid for, there would be many complaints. We also provide our clients with a 100% money back guarantee when they pay $1225 for the full Seville package we offer. If we can not negotiate the loan or rate modification successfully for the client then we give them a 100% refund. This is an independent contractor position. We charge a fee to the agent in order to cover the cost of the things we provide to them. We provide websites, company email addresses, Initial and ongoing training, and for those who complete the training we provide leads. If an agent does the things we recommend then they will be successful and be able to earn money while helping people save their homes. As with anything you do you get out of it what you put into it. Those who are willing to work do very well. Those who expect to get wealthy by doing nothing need to look in to some of those get rich quick schemes but we are not one of them. Brian & Diane have requested a refund through either google or paypal but were denied after their claims were investigated and found to have no merit by these pay companies. We are a legitimate company providing a much-needed service to millions of homeowners I challenge Brian, Diane and anyone else who feels as they do to take the required training classes that I teach, do the things required to be successful in this business (which I cover in training) and then tell me why you are not successful at this. How would you even know what happens with clients or files or fees since neither one of you ever took an application, collected the fee, and turned in the file. To make a complaint such as this without first doing the things you need to do to succeed with this company, is extremely irresponsible on your part. This company provides an awesome opportunity that costs less to get started than any Independent Contractor Opportunity that I know of. In addition, we help people to save their homes from foreclosure. So Brian & Diane I wonder what you guys do besides making false allegations against good people and a great company.
