screenaid defective laptop battery Brooklyn New York
this is the note I sent to them:
Hello, I bought a battery from you for my acer aspire on december 29th 2013. It says it has a 3 year warrantee on it. I bought it and followed the instructions to a T on how to make it so it works properly. I had an aspire laptop before and the battery I got in replacement for that 1 lasted nearly 4 years with no problems and still worked when i sold that laptop. on this battery, I noticed it startng to fail about 2 months ago, when it wasn't holding the charge like it should and yesterday my son unpluged my laptop, and within 15 minutes it was nearly dead with only 16% charge left in it. I want to know how to get another battery from you for its warrantee replacement. I have all the iinformation from when I bought it, all the ebay messages from the time I won the auction till the time it was sent to me. just tell me wha you need for the information. my username is (((REDACTED for privacy))), here is the battery information with the item number and the transaction number, thanks
