Sea West Fiancial ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Westerville Ohio
Our truck loan was sold to Sea West because "we have such a great credit history". It's been 4 months and all we have gotten is major stress for out great credit history!
Sea West cannot send an itemized billing statement revealing how money is applied to the account. And every statement has the exact balance everytime. My checks are being cashed, but no money is coming off my loan. I've paid someone over $1,000.
Everytime we phone we are promised the situation will be taken care of ASAP, but nothing has happened yet. I've faxed all my receipts to Bart Miller with no action taken. He must be using the fax sheets to line his bird cages.
Now they are telling us to lower the deductible on our insurance. They can kiss our a*s for that one!
We've tried refinancing with other banks, but since no money is being taken off our loan, no one will loan that amount for our vehicle.
Thanks Sea West for the major screw job! Next time at least use some KY.
