Under the Master Protection agreement it is stated if you have three (3) or more problems we (Sears) will exchange the faulty product for one comprable in features free of charge. I would call 1800-469-4663 and state that you have a lemon and it should be replaced. Usually when you have alot of problems with your product we just replace it... cause thats what I do. Talk to what the call the Brand Central Manager of the store then talk to the Store Coach and they should figure something out.
