update foud a way to go around the system you hit a stone wall when talking to the sears online personel. talked to a credit card person at the 1-800 number for sears. gary was on the phone I talked to him about the problem I spent about 15 min to let him know the situation he called the on line store and was hellping me deal with them "3rd party medatior" troy told me the accout was frozen the sears online person and that he could not look at it. He asked me to call back when he was able to look at the account. I Called back the next day and talked to two other numbers. Don, david two numbers not given to me by sears personel don returned my call shortley after I called. I was on the phone with another sales rep at the time. they told me they were willing to credit my accout with 2000 dollars and upgrade my computer for the same price but they still could not tell me wether I would have it by the time i deployed He told me he would call me back I asked for a order conformation number. but havent got one yet. lyn the costumer agent who I talked to at sears credit was extremly helpful and was able to get on the phone with sears.com on a three way phone call don promised that he would credit the difference back to my account but the only way to do that was to get my card limit increesed or I could go to another store and purchase a computer from them, with the credit back on my card. I cant use my card at any where but sears. I got my card increesed hopfully I get the new one they promised before I leave./ Or I am still going to be sucking in Iraq. Situation Not Resolved I will Keep Updating you. I Still have all the names and personel numbers written down I dont forget
