I found this company on line and decided to give them a try. They had an ad for 5 for $5 and you were getting bag of coffee and 4 mugs. I started to fill out the info and it said at the very bottom, this is a $2.00 offer. I htought wow, such a deal. The next day I noticed on my cc that it was going to be charged $25. I quickly shot a letter to my cc co. who told me it is a pending charge., if it goes thru..they will set up a dispute for me. Today low and behold, I call to cancel my future orders, and am showing a $25 charge. I called the # I wrote down the day I made the order cause i had a funny feeling about all this. I am told there is nothing they can do. My order was shipped yesterday..and I can refuse it an get a refund..however if I do that, where is the $5 offer? or $2? whatever. I told ehr I am not sending it back. I am not going be charged $25 either. You will get your $2 as you offered. She hemmed and hawed and I h/u w/ the last thing being said..is you Done F'd w/ the wrong customer this time. I will make sure that I post in every possilbe place you are advertising that your a scam, a snake and a theif. I then told her I am filing /w BBB, consumeraffairs and very lucky I don't go further..cause even If I dont get myu $25 back..I'm gonna get at least $100 worth of harrassment for it. I will harrass thsi company day and nite, nite and day and whenever I have a second or two they will be hearing from me. She told me to mail it back and I will receive a refund.However..if you look at the website, it says..WE GIVE NO REFUNDS..only store credit..so before they screw me that way..I'm keeping the $5 offer they were to send..I'm debating it w/ my cc co. and they will close and change my acct if they want to play those games. Either way. I todl her to look for there names in BBB and in Consumer Affairs dept.

Its ridiculous that a company can fraudulently charge a cc, but If I were to do that its a felony crime...I just don't get it.. they will be getting theirs though. I am also posting on all the blogs and al the forums I go to.
