In June 09 I reurned $102.90 seattle coffee products. Since then I am being told i will get my refund in 1 month, 2 weeks and it's has being going on for months. I have 2 emails from them stating that I should get my refund whithin 2weeks but it has not happened. Spoke to the manager she said 2 weeks and 3 weeks later she said another 2 weeks.
I returned their products according to their return policy, unopened but they keep finding excuses not to refund the money.
This is ridiculous and something needs to be done. When we follow their policy shouldn't they.
