Two years ago I responded to an offer to purchase 1 lb of coffee and receive a free grinder for $9. They posted a charge to my account of $35.00. They indicated there was a $24.00 shipping charge. I requested a refund and returned the items.
I thought this was then resolved. I later received a package from them with 2 lbs. of coffee which I did not accept and marked return to sender. There was an additional charge of around $35.00 on my account.
Many hours of complaining to the company finally resulted in them refunding my money over a month later.
In the two years since I have made no contact with this company and had all but forgotten about them. Now on November 30, 2009 they have placed a $79.00 charge to my account which I have disputed with my bank and have had to have the card cut off.
