SeattleCoffeeDirect.com 4 times I finally got a hold of someone and it was always "the checks in the mail" evanston, Illinois
In August 2009 I ordered the free gift from Seattle Coffee and paid the shipping of 5.00. I cancelled my membership after I got off the phone and still they deducted 38.95 from my account. I have tried to get my refund for 6 months now and nothing. I think they finally went belly up. It is February and still nothing. I have talked to 4 different people there and all of them told me the check was in the mail. I have sent a complaint letter, still nothing. It still pisses me off every time I think about it. It is a company like this that will have you scared to buy from someone online. I know its only 38.95 but its really the principal at this point.
