Security Shield 2008 Rip off on downloads that work and the company that don't give a dxxx Internet
I was looking for a new anti-virus for my computer. I found security shields site and it sounded like it was just what I needed. I am not computer savey so I depend on customer service to help me with difficutities and they raved about how great their customer service was. Wrong, Wrong,Wrong, Of course I had problems so I called the support number, they gave an explaination and told me what to do. I did it and still no success. I called them 4 times and each time they would tell me to do something and then close the ticket never did they make sure that the problem was solve. The I emailed them and explained my situation they email me back with the same response that they had given me over the phone, then closed the ticket. Then I tried chat still the same answers closed ticket. I asked for a refund but they said times up.
Now my computer is at crawl and the databases will not up date. But who cares. Please think before you buy anything from security shield.
