Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company dangles a corrot of guaranteed success if you follow their training.  But the facts are there are simply two many factors out of their control to guarantee success and they simply cost you way too much money.

First of all currently the leads you buy whcih they refer to as premuim leads are anything but.  The randominly mail to a given zip code of your choice.  That means they have no control who returns your mailing.  I joined them and agreed to a mailing of 114 leads.  First of all it took them more than 5 months to deliver the leads.  But they had no problem at all charging my credit card for the entire investment of $2700.00 dollars way in advance of delivering my leads.  I called and called and emailed and emailed to only be ignored entirely or to be told they were doing the best they can.  They told me to expand my areas I agreed to mail into when all the while I had agreed to accept leads from Camden, Gloucester, and Atlantic counties.  All the while they only mailed into Camden COunty for me.  What they asked me to do they already could of done if only their employees would of gone back to the origianl agreement.  Rather than wasting time to tell me to expand my terrritories they should of doen that in the first place.  But their employees are full of "attitude" for the most part and could care less.

The leads they mailed for me last time were very misleading.  People thought this was something from the state for nothing and becasue of the wording they sent them back.  When they found out what it is really all about, they were anything but in a buying mode.

Ok so finally after 5 months I got all my leads.  According to their vidoe they say that out of every ten leads you receive they say 3 are guaranteed sales.  Really?  Well then how come out of the 120 I have received 56 of them are totally unsellable.  Why you want to know are they unsellable?  It wasn't due to lack of effort on my part.  I knocked on all of those doors.  It was mostly because the people who filled them out had no clue what they were filling out and had aboslutely no interest at all or the ability to buy insurance.  So how can they say out of every 10 leads they know 3 are sellable?  Total B/S.  In dollars and cents those leads have cost me $1265.00 in lead cost alone.  NOt including my time and my expenses to run down those leads.  On many of these leads I went back several times only to find out I never had a chance to make a sale.

While I am talkig about money, you should know that when they charge your credit card they claim they can't gie you a receipt stating what you are buying.  I asked several times to be given a recceipt staing how many leads I was paying for (an actual number) and how much each lead cost.  You can get this type of a receiipt at any local grocery store yo go in.  They said they couldn;t do that.  The fact of the matter is they don't want to!  Worst yet, their lead manager was ignorant, saying he had turned over my file to his superior.

The manager I was assigned to was extremely rude form the start.  He had and has a very condesending way to talk to you.  ON my first time goinng out into the field by myself he told me to call him if I had any problem.  It was a Saturday.  I did call only to have him yell, "you had all week to figure this out, why did you wait until now?"  I asked him who does he think he is talking to only for him to become totally obnoxious.  Eventually I chooose to learn everything on my own.  Within a short people of time I found out from others under him, he had treated them the same way.  His name is RIchard Cohen.  If you answer his ad and go with him, YOU WILL BE SORRY, TRUST ME.

Something else you should know.  This company also sells fixed indexed annuities and fixed indexed universal life insurance.  Two really great produccts to sell and something I wanted to specialize in.  The problem is, if you sell these produccts thru them you will make less commission then if you are directly appointed with other insurance comapnies.  In the month of July I sold two annuities.  Seccurus would of paid me 4% commission on these two sales; whereas, the company I wrote these two sales with paid me 6%  The two sales totaled $90,000 .  Do the math, would you rather have been paid $3600.00 from Securus or $5400.00?  In other words the more you write for them the more it cost you.

In the end, you can't believe very much of what they say.  Most of it they say because that is exactly what you want to hear.  Be careful you don't allow yourself that luxury, it will only cost you in the end.  Why would I want to recruit anybody from this area for them to experience the same problems I am?  Yes currently I am still associated with them  I am trying to just cover my cost of the leads i agreed to buy.  Forget profit.  But it does cost something to get educcated no matter what you are talking about.  I am writing this to say I have already paid the price for the education.  You don't have to.
