If you go to their website they say all the things they cover and they lie about being approved by the BBB, they have no acreditation. This company said they repair or fix listed items that can go wrong. What they don't tell you, is that they devalue every thing and usually say it's worth $150, so that's what we're paying you. That's absolutely rediculous! I have another policy on another home from a great company, HSA and they actually do fix or replace everything. The only reason I went with SHW is that they were so much cheaper and still appeared to have high ratings. I don't know how they got high ratings because when you did a litle deeper, you fined out just how bad they are. I'm really hoping a lawyer will contact us and get a class action lawsuit going. This company needs to stop riping people off. It's not insurance if they just hand you $150 when your air conditioner blows up. They also have a hard time finding contractors to show up because of their lack of payment.
