I called to request a refund on 10/26. I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days. That time frame passed and I hadn't received my money back. I called and the first rep said that the policy was still active. He then tries to sell me the product all over again. I had to request a supervisor, who was just as foolish as the rep. They claimed that I never requested to cancel the warranty.
Avoid these people. They are in the business of taking people's money and scamming you into staying on board. AVOID THEM!
