I invested $1000.00 with account rep Jennifer Lawerence who sold me the lead service program. This is a company who advertise pre-set appointments for medicare potentials customers and insurance leads. I spoke to Jennifer about the feed-back and hostility I encountered when reaching the customers residence.I explained to her that the seniors made it very clear that the caller who made the appointment was told that they did not care to meet with anyone, and that the caller refuse to except no and continued talking until they just hung the phone up. These leads were sent to me anyway creating a hostile situation that could possible cause me bodily injury.

I have documented the conversation I had with several customers who seem to have understood and was willing to share with me the conversation they had with the caller who made the appointment and each time the appointment setter didn't care what the customer said, they made the appointment anyway with no consideration and intimidation. I feel that there should be legal action against this agency Senior Marketing and the fact that they apparently outsourcing the telemarketing somewhere in the Philiphines, and they are protected from a legality in the U. S.

This is an invasion of privacy and surpass the DONOT CALL by far by sending a license insurance agent into someone's home without permission of the homeowner.

The reason I am responding to this thread is to help everyone here put together a detailed report of what is happening with this company.  After spending my day going to 4 appointments with Seniors who were very confused about what I was there for and really had no idea of what it was all about, I realized the bigger picture is that they (Seniors) are being victimized by these people at this company. I am working on setting up a blog where we can share information and get this organized for the authorities to take over.  I have contacted the FTC, the Texas Attorney Generals office, and my states Attorney General Office, along with my states Insurance Commissioner.  Respond back here and let anyone else you know who has had this happen know about the blog.  The way to get them to break is by going to the top in mass.  See you soon!  blog forthecoming  JC

I just received a call from the Texas Attorney General's office today, requesting information and documentation on my dealings with Senior Marketing and their owner, Jennifer OPRA (Jennifer "Lawrence" is an alias, and I'm quite sure "Brad Mace" doesn't exist).

The Better Business Bureau has finally seen the light and have given Senior Marketing what they deserve, which is an F rating. Apparently, dozens of complaints from people all saying the same thing has gotten a few agencies attention. I have sent the AG's office documentation of fraud, deceit, and non-compliance that should be more than enough for severe action to be placed on them.

To Jennifer "Lawrence": I told you this wasn't over!!
