The original poster claims that she did not order OR receive the product. All she did was receive a notice from a collection agency claiming to make her life miserable if she didn't pay. Can you provide proof that she placed the order and that it was delivered and received? Why did it go directly to collections?

This is totally unfair. Our offering in 2004 was straightforward. We offered a 30 day trial of Septicare, with no money paid upfront. The thought behind that was, we enclosed instructions for a test that proved the efficacy of Septicare, and, if after conducting the test, you still didn't like it you could return the product for full credit. If you didn't return it you were, of course, expected to pay for it. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem with our offering. We ended up losing tens of thousands of dollars from trial shipments made that were never returned or paid for. For this reason we discontinued the no money up front trial offer. We still do offer a 30 day trial, but do charge the customer. If the customer returns the product a full refund is provided, no questions asked. I hope this clears up the matter, and ask anyone who has any questions to contact me at [email protected] and they will receive a prompt reply.
