Hi Dino, You are so full of it that your own staff calls Ms. Angela to let her know that you are a fake and will always be one. The lawyer you are speaking of that she called is a close friend of hers, and she do to have photo has to back up her claim. What do you have other than staffs that work for you and cannot stand you? It's a shame that you write such comments like this about a past client, instead of trying to get to the bottom this you said you want to rectify this. However, you chose to harassed Ms. Angela, I heard the things you said to her on the phone. I would not want to speak to you after listen to your lies. Yes, she was going to email you pictures and yes, her attorney did advise her not to ever have anything else to do with you. In addition, at the end you will see how wrong you are. Just keep in mind your own staff do not trust you even the one you fired she wants nothing else to do with you (you know the one Cindy the one you fired after she burnt Ms. Angela). Now you stop harassing her why do not you try running a legitimate business maybe then people will stop coming after you. Oh by the way Sequence Hair Blending have an F rating just go to www.bbb.com that should do it for ya huh....

One sided stories are so easy and convincing. However, people should know the other side of the story to make an unbiased evaluation of the reputation of the company. The day Angela had her hair process applied, she was very unsure about getting the hair process. She requested a relaxer, which one of our technicians applied. Angela emailed the consultant she purchased from within Sequence stating that the relaxer had severely burnt her. She also stated while she was in the room during the application, she called her lawyer on the phone. (Note - Here is a client calling her lawyer before even leaving the business instead of asking for a remedy first.) Then, a comment was made that there was a conversation from the manager and the technician while she was in the ladies room, during this same day at Sequence, of which was recorded on Angela's cell voice mail, stating that the manager and the technician were talking about her in a negative way. The next email from Angela stated that she had to go to the hospital due to the relaxer burning her and that the hospital stated that she had first degree burns. Also she stated that ambulance chaser lawyers keep contacting her and that she didn't know what this means. It was obvious that Angela was setting Sequence up for a law suit, whether under conditions of validity or not. Angela came back to Sequence to have the hair process removed stating that her scalp was too sore to keep the process on. Hearing this, the owner of Sequence called the client and spoke to Angela on the phone. Angela had informed the owner of these experiences and the owner, taking her on her words agreed to refund her money. The owner of Sequence questioned two of Sequence's technicians that were both involved in removing Angela's hair process and found out that Angela's severely burnt condition was described instead as a slight redness. The owner then called Angela over the phone and openly told what his findings were. Not making any change of decision but needing to know Angela's comments to the difference of burnt scalp conditions. Angela then stated that she didn't like the Sequence process anyway and that the Sequence process and the relaxer work hand and hand. The owner of Sequence then asked Angela if she had taken any photos and Angela replied 35 pictures. So the owner of Sequence asked Angela if she would email these pictures to him to evaluate the validity of this accusation. Angela agreed that she would that night, but never did. The next day a lawyer called asking to speak to the owner on behalf of Angela and that Angela was to have no communications with Sequence. The owner or Sequence only wanted to see the pictures to rectify if or to what degree Angela was burnt with a relaxer or not. The owner of Sequence promised to call Angela back as soon as he received the pictures but the pictures never came. Sequence is willing to work with Angela to rectify the situation but needs to speak to Angela to do so. But Angela chooses to not speak to Sequence but have her lawyer go the suit direction instead.
