Two Tuttles Warning
Two Tuttles of Four Paws, Service Dog House, and The Potty Dog House are thieves! I ordered 170 dollars of service dog vests and gear after being matched with my Service dog from Bergin University. I called repeatedly being told the shipment was on its way for delivery. After four months, I reported the order to Discover Card. Two Tuttles lied to the credit investigation. Two Tuttles stole a $170.00 dollars from a disabled American veteran. Stay away from these people and ordering from their site. It has been 8 months since the order no patches, no vests, and no return of money.
We need to ensure that Wayne and Tina Tuttle are no longer able to enrich themselves in the feeding trough of disadvantaged people.

The Tuttles rebuttal is a fabrication of the facts. Does anyone think that an honest resolution for an order placed on the 23rd of December 2012 should finally receive the Tuttles attention in mid-August.
Now, the Legal Beagles will get their input before I move on from this matter.
In two days, I was contacted by well over a dozen people that had been stolen from by the Tuttles. Some fought and got restitution, and others had to just give up the thought of a refund.
I apologies for the rudeness needed to get the attention of the Tuttles to hold them accountable. Not in my nature to be rude, but the more I found out about the Tuttles and how they treat people who buy from them, the angrier I became.
The package that the Tuttles had their supplier sent, a few days ago,was refused and returned to their supplier with a warning about the Tuttles and about their business practices.
I am tickled pink that I received a refund, and wish the order had been fulfilled when ordered. :0)
I understand that Wayne Tuttle has a vision impairment, but that does not excuse his lack of ethical treatment of his "customers". If he is unable to conduct business in an ethical way, perhaps he should discontinue his internet businesses.
The next course of action because of the number of individuals with similar claims of fraud. A case file could be developed to report to the Consumer Protection Agency and Revenue Canada to investigate the Tuttles' business practices.
Stay away from the Tuttles and Service Dog House!

I just final received restitution through PayPal. :0)
I was patient and polite through this from the start of this whole process. I called twice a month after 7 weeks of the order fail.
Repeatedly, Wayne had the "on the way" line when I called about the order. In late March 2013, I requested a refund for the order, and was told it would happen. The refund never came. I went through Discover to resolve the situation in April, after more than 4 months of the original order date.
I waited patiently for Discover to return my funds for another 4 months. I received a letter from Discover in August saying that the Tuttles replied they shipped the order and fought the claim, and Discover sided with the Tuttles.
Almost 9 months from the original order date, I began my campaign to out the Tuttles to the SD community at large. If I was not going to get my money back from these thieves, then I was going to do everything I could to inform people, so this did not happen to them. Rude? Pissed of consumer!

However, the Legal Beagles Service Dog lawyers, are not finished with the Tuttles.
It is yet to be decided because of the number of individuals with similar claims of fraud. A case file is being developed to report to the Consumer Protection Agency and Revenue Canada to investigate the Tuttles' business practices.
