I had a similar experience dealing with SUP. I was not receiving my magazines, and was extremely unhappy. After doing some research, I came across this site. I was going to write a report of my own, but I wanted to read all of the reports first. After reading several reports, I found a "rebuttal" by one of the employees of SUP. In the rebuttal, the employee admitted that sometimes mistakes are made and that if a person is not getting their magazines, they should contact the company. I called the number listed in the employee's report, and talked to Velda. Velda was very helpful and pleasant. She informed me that there was a mistake with my order and fixed it immediately. She then gave me two additional magazines for free. Contacting the company actually works, try it!
