I ordered a Saiyo full body pillow on 16th Dec. 2017 as a gift for my wife for X'mas. When the item did not reach me by mid january, I contacted Paypal to cancel the item since non of the existing contact info with the seller is null and void. I recevied the item in med February. It was no where close to the item they depicted on their web site.
Item does not worth US$ 5.00. I filed a resolution with Pay pal. Finally , the seller willing to refund if I return the item. Dhipping cost to Vietnam is US$ 84.00. I told paypal I am not insane to spend such amount to ship it. Now Paypal closed the case since I can not produce the tracking number. My Credit card can not assist me too. I hold paypal responsible for not resolving the case amicabley.
