Shanna Kelly is a private landlord in Baltimore county Md. She nice, until you want to move off of property. She will try to get you to stay and if you decline you will see another side of her. Dont even dream about getting your SD back without a legal fight. Although its rightfully owned back to you. When you send her an certified letter to let the judge decide. She WONT pick the letter up, hence avoiding coming to court. She's also sneaky and don't want to update her property. Please beware before renting from her.
