Sharon & Donna Gissing Of M&S Clothing their selfishness is causing my business to fail. They bought stock on credit and refuse to pay rip off scam con artists Yarram And Frankston Victoria, Australia
I ran a ladies wholesale business in Melbourne.
One day I was contacted by a woman called Sharon, who lives in the country and can't make regular trips to the city to buy stock for her shop. She asked me if I could give her a 7 day credit to pay for the stock to which I agreed as I do that with all my customers.
We arranged for her to come in for the first time and see what I have. After buying stock worth $4,000.00 dollars she agreed to deposit the money in my bank account within 7 days.
Just as it happened I was paid by another client the same amount of money a few days later. I assumed that the payment was from Sharon, as the bank can't tell you who the payment is from. So when Sharon came back a few days later to place another order I happily accepted it, only this time she brought her sister along, Donna.
All together they stole $15,000.00 from me. When I finally confronted Sharon, she said that she has all intentions of paying. I did a bit of reference checking on her, and as I have found out (not surprisingly) she used the same story on another wholesaler.
She gave them fake addresses and phone numbers. Fortunately for me I made her fill out a Credit Application form where she put all her correct information (I checked). It has been over 2 weeks now, and I have not received anything from them.
My lawyer says there isn't much we can do, as she has never said that she won't pay me. My business has been operating for less than a year, and I can not carry such a big loss. If I can't come with payments for my suppliers I will be forced to close down. I just can not believe that there are people like Sharon and Donna out there.

My advice is to try and track Sharon Gissing down to get her to pay her debt. I know that this can be difficult because Sharon Gissing regularly changes addresses as she doesn't pay her landlords any rent or bond. Sharon owes many people money. Her address as at 26//11/04 is 83 Koetong Parade, Mt Eliza, Victoria 3930. Her telephone number is 03 9766 0788. Be warned contact her at these details ASAP because she will probably move again soon. Sharon also uses different surnames of Reed, Chung and Shipcolt.
