These people took $4500 from me and claimed it was hackers, they make 50-100million a year but no insurance to cover loss? Looks like smoke in mirrors to gain trust. Shenzhen Dianman Toys Co.,Ltd. is bulls*** and wont help when you show proof of theft, of the companies liability. (see below)

Firstly, I am really sorry for what happened to you.
It is not me who tell you that the servers were down. It is the thief.
I completely has no idea that my business email was hacked by somebody until you told me what happened and we already have contacted and asked our business email provider-35.com to strengthen the security of our business email. Hope this terrible thing will never happen again!

This Lisa person claiming to be 2 people knew the entire job like the back of her hand, even as the hacker. BS!!!!! Point blank if you make 50million a year $4500 is chump change, ask yourself do they really make 50million? They LOOK very legit but dont be fooledas i have.
