Shipt deactivated her account after 3 weeks of being a newbie. I had improved week by week on my stats. I even asked for ways to improve and assistance from Shipt Support (Reid, Rebecca, Gabe, and Hunter) and I sent emails to Shopper Success on feedback and assistance on any improvements. Rebecca sent ONE email stating I couldn’t do promos because I wasn’t on the schedule but that was not true. She said she would file it.
Nothing else came of it and out of the blue with NO warning or suspension or nothing a nasty email from Seth at Shopper Success I am deactivated and Shipt did not want me to reapply. I asked at least an explanation and they did not and refused to give one. What cowards!!!!!This is such HATE EMAIL and I know it was racial profiling or personal prejudice. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST SHIPT! They are EVIL UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. NEVER TRUST SHIPT NO MATTER HOW NICE THEY COME OFF.
