Shirt Shop LA Rik Ducar Ripped off by Rik - used Gilt coupon and paid extra $100. I ordered shirts. He pocketed the money, never responded to calls or emails Los Angeles, California
I used a www.gilt.com coupon plus $100 check to buy 3 custom shirts on July 2nd at Rik Ducar's shop on Beverly Drive in W. Hollywood. I called him 2 months later and he said he was having a financial dispute with his partner and my order would be delayed. Not once has he ever contacted me to follow up since. I received a notice from gilt that Ducar had opened a new shop Shirt Shop LA but cannot locate a physical address. Ducar no longer has the shop on Beverly Despite many attempts to contact him re: status of my order and to request a refund he has never responded.
