I placed an order for a pair of discounted Mephisto sandals. As per the website's policy I made the payment for the sandals through Paypal.a
I received an email confirmation shortly after payment sent, but, as per the website, never received an email with USPS tracking information. However, I assumed that information would be coming within the 48 hours the site states most orders are usually shipped.
Weeks went by and I never received an email or the sandals. Attempts to contact someone by email, the only method they provide under "Contact Us", proved fruitless.
Luckily, when I contacted Paypal to report the situation they immediately took over. They said there was, in fact, no phone number for the seller, but would attempt to contact the seller and if they failed to respond my money would be refunded.
Two weeks later Paypal notified me that the seller never responded and they refunded my money.
I have since looked online for information about this website and have found that many others have had the same thing happen - they make payment but never receive the item.
This site is a total fraud and needs to be shutdown!
