Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was contacted by a man wanting to sell my TS as a part of a group to a cooperated group.  I paid $1000, which I borrowed to set the thing in motion.  I would get it back at the end.  I heard nothing from them.  I made many phone calls and a different person most of the time.  This route  was chosen because we had serious illness in the home and were in need to liquidate quickly due to the bills.  We were told not to pay the maintainence fees, they would be included in the finalization.  I did talk with Nozak several times.  Even talked with Medley.  The story there  was that I was to talk to him personally by asking for the "old man". Hoaky !!!  At that time he was "appaulled" at the treatment I had recieved.  Was able to talk with him a couple of times after that with absolutely no success.  Finally talked with Nozak again and the conversation was rather heated.  It was at the time of the financial crash and I questioned whether this would even happen under the terms they had originally.  At that time , Oh yes.  Several weeks went by and I called again.  I saw that under the best of circumstances this was not going to happen.  We are at this point 9 months into this.  I called again in Feb 2009 only to have the same run around.  Now they state that there is a financial problem with them and that they are going back to regular timeshare procedures and the property would be put up for rent/ sale and everything would move much faster.  Another couple of weeks went buy they had lowered the price and stll no action. Again there was no action.  Called again a couple of weeks later, had another heated exchange and Mr. Nozak stated that we could go somewhere else but we would have to get $7000 out of it with a receipt before they would give us back our $1000.  We were to originally to get around $20,000.  We have been taken advantage of when we need the money now or medical bills.  Anything you  could do would be appreciated.
