Shyne Fox Store I ordered a hoody and stubby holder. Free. But i paid 18.99 shipping. I never received my item and now i can't contact them Internet

On Facebook in Dec last year i think it was. They had an add to receive a fishing hoody and stubby holder for free all i had to do was pay for shipping which i did. I then received and email saying that my order was comfirmed. I waited and waited and eventually i tried to contact them and all my email have been returned
