Siemens RIPOFF, Made getting the rebate very difficult after showing obvious proof of purchase by sending back rebate twice and requesting more information. ripoff Troy Michigan
After purchasing Siemens phone BECAUSE of the $100 rebate, I mailed the rebate form in with necessary information. They sent it all back requesting that I photoscan the barcode on the phone with the esn number on it. After doing that and sending it back to them they returned everything again telling me that I had to write down the ESN number and a special form and then send it back. This is ridiculous.
What ever happened to common sense, especailly when I sent them the actual receipt of purchase and a photo scanned copy of the UPC symbol WHICH has the ESN number on it!!!!!!!!!!
