Silver State Carpet Care Made My Carpet Smell Like Stinky Feet!!! Las Vegas, Nevada
Silver State made my 2 1/2 year old carpet smell like feet & did absolutely nothing to remedy the problem. They sprayed deodorizer on it about a week after their initial visit, which did not work. When we called them back 1 1/2 weeks after that, they said they'd come out but never put us on the schedule, which we found out at 4:00 that afternoon.
When we called at 4:00 pm on the day they were supposed to come out, they said they'd call back...we called them back at 4:45 & had to argue with them to come back out. They finally showed up 1 1/2 hours later & came in, said it didn't smell, refused to do anything, went outside to call the manager & drove off without even telling us they were leaving! A formal complaint has been submitted to the BBB.

IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT. CUSTOMER PAID US TO DO ONLY STEAM CLEANING PROCESS. STEAM CLEANING ITS A SURFACE CLEANING. WE EXPLAIN THE COSTUMER THAT WE NEED TO USE AN ADDITIONAL CHEMICALS TO GET THE CARPET CLEAN IN THE RIGHT WAY. CUSTOMER REFUSE TO USE PET ODOR REMOVAL, SHAMPOOING AND SENSITIZERS. ALSO, CUSTOMER SIGNED THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY GUARANTEE ON THIS SERVICE. WE DID RESPOND TO HIS CONCERNS, NOT ONCE. NOT TWICE,BUT, THREE TIMES. WE TRIED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND HE REFUSE TO USE THE CHEMICALS NEEDED TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND PAY THE ADDITIONAL COST FOR THAT.I AM SORRY FOR HIS INCONVENIENCE .SINCERELY SILVER STATE CARPET
