IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT. CUSTOMER PAID US TO DO ONLY STEAM CLEANING PROCESS. STEAM CLEANING ITS A SURFACE CLEANING. WE EXPLAIN THE COSTUMER THAT WE NEED TO USE AN ADDITIONAL CHEMICALS TO GET THE CARPET CLEAN IN THE RIGHT WAY. CUSTOMER REFUSE TO USE PET ODOR REMOVAL, SHAMPOOING AND SENSITIZERS. ALSO, CUSTOMER SIGNED THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY GUARANTEE ON THIS SERVICE. WE DID RESPOND TO HIS CONCERNS, NOT ONCE. NOT TWICE,BUT, THREE TIMES. WE TRIED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND HE REFUSE TO USE THE CHEMICALS NEEDED TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND PAY THE ADDITIONAL COST FOR THAT.I AM SORRY FOR HIS INCONVENIENCE .SINCERELY SILVER STATE CARPET
