My deepest and most profound apologies to Silverline Finance as they are in the process of refunding my money. I humbly ask for your forgiveness in this very dark and bleak moment of time. Please accept my apologies as I await my prompt refund.

Commercial Vision LLC owes Silverline Finance a huge apology, This firm had nothing to do with the transaction in question. Until Commercial Vision and Melissa Taitano offers a formal apology here the money will sit forever if necessary. The client is obviously upset as we were unable to facilitate their transaction, costing them the millions of dollars that they were going to defraud the trading platform for to be used to fund another investment project. POF service providers, Trading Platforms, Investment Partners, Real Estate Professionals, beware of any business dealings with Commercial Vision LLC and ATP Holding as they will utilize fraudulent methods to accomplish their goals of taking advantage of you. Do yourself a favor, make sure that all of their documents are authentic.

Edward Fontaine Jr. has continued to DENY that his company Silverline Finance has anything to do with my Contractual transaction with them and blame a NON-EXISTENCE service provider that they supposedly outsourced my transaction to. If anyone who is interested in being clients of this company, he provided info to my attorney on a company that advertises on the Internet which Provides Fake Paystubs. If I had known this information beforehand, I definitely would not have given over thousands of dollars to Edward Fontaine Jr. and his associates. Bottom line: I paid for services that were never rendered and we are contractually out of Contract. Return the monies that you Silverline Finance received in Kelly Robinson's account. My contract is with Silverline Finance and no one else. Silverline Finance should return the monies paid and wait for their refund from Fraudto/FrottoInc/Fraudtoyou or whatever. Also, anyone else doing business with Silverline Finance should be aware that they have a history of slandering Business Partners and Clients. There are more people out there than just me. Edward, you can attempt to slander me or my company all you want, but I am not the one advertising for FREE on Craigslist.org for business! Obviously you can't afford real yellow pages ads to get clients! Edward Fontaine Jr. has posted my company's information on the Internet under the Alias "Vic" from Fremont, CA and has slandered other Business Partners that Silverline Finance worked with under this name all over the Internet. You should be ASHAMED of yourself when I am the victim of Silverline Finance and you! Keep posting and I will keep replying.

First of all there is a refund being processed by Frotto Inc. the low service provider that we outsourced our POF business to and subsequently Commercial Vision. We have been advised that the process will take 7-10 days. The formal request was submitted on Monday June16, 2008. The contract was opened with Frotto under the name Commercial Vision, LLC and the refund sent directly to the client. I have asked that the refund now be placed in an escrow account until certain retractions are written and submitted to this report and on Craigslist, as the client has been slandering to say the least. First of all, Silverline Finance had nothing to do with transaction at all. Silverline Finance is a real estate, mortgage brokerage, and financial firm. Goldline Silverline Inc. had nothing to do with this transaction either. It was solely my responsibility and was my decision to do certain things to attempt to accomodate the clients needs. The issue is strictly the responsibility of myself and I am working diligently to get it resolved. There has not been any fraud committed by anyone within Silverline or the associated Goldline Silverline companies except perhaps Frotto, unless of course the retainer is returned as agreed. Silverline Business & Tax Solutions was contracted by the client. Commercial Vision LLC, Melissa Taitano and her agent ATP Holding, Deshawn Williams. Our services were to assist the client and agent commit fraud to obtain an account and funds in their name in the amount of $1.5M to be verified electronically by a foreign trading firm. Unfortuantely for all parties involved Frotto did not perform per the agreements. In any event the refund is being processed and should be made available as soon as certain conditions are met. Anyone is free to contact me directly for further clarification. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards, Edward Fontaine

Edward Fontaine Jr is delusional in his facts. He claims that their is no fraud on his part but there was fraudulent behavior. His business partners had NO idea about my transaction until I contacted them nearly a week later to get a hold of Mr. Fontaine Jr or Kelly Robinson. On June 6, 2008, he emailed me and called me that Silverline Finance was unable to complete the transaction because they were BROKE and had no money to transfer such funds. He claims in his rebuttal that he was told by his Service Provider that they would have the transaction up by 12pm Friday, June 6, 2008. We had not discussed cancelling the transaction until I emailed him Sunday, June 8, 2008 that I wanted my retainer returned. He communicated with me verbally once on Monday, June 9, 2008 that he and President Khan had resolved the issue with his service provider. At no point prior to this day was I told that Silverline Finance had outsourced my transaction. I was told that ANOTHER DIVISION of Silverline Finance that Kelly Robinson handled would be taking care of my Contract needs. Now all of a sudden, we are using a service provider and they have your money,Melissa. Also, Edward Fontaine Jr. claims that they charge 1-15% for their services. Excuse me but I DO have emails from you that you ONLY charge a flat upfront fee. You never knew to ask for backend fees until I mentioned it in my negotiations with you. AND your partners were also amazed about how much Silverline would be paid on the backend...oops, I'm sorry...that Edward would be paid on the backend! Bottom line, my Contract is with Silverline Finance. Why can't they return my funds from their account and get their refund back from THEIR service provider? Why they can't? Because Edward Fontaine Jr has sent me private emails over this weekend stating that he has private deals pending this Tues/Wednesday and he will return my monies from a pending 30k deal. I am concerned for those clients because he is obviously robbing from Peter to pay Paul and I would love to meet with you too Edward to see what kind of man you are contract with people and not return their money when you CAN'T do the job and then blame everyone for your mistakes. Apparently, everyone is to blame except yourself and Kelly for taking my money and not returning it promptly. If Silverline Finance is such a great company that does EVERYTHING under the sun, surely you have the money to return to me NOW? But no, just like all the fraudulent people advertising on Craigslist, I really NOW don't expect a company like Silverline Finance with their fancy websites self-promoting all they do for their clients to be any different. If I am given my money back without initiating a LAWSUIT against Silverline Finance, then I will willingly, voluntarily sing the praises of Silverline Finance, but until then...I must stand by my Ripoff Report that I have filed because bottom line is just as my consumer Name says: Theytookmymoney!

We partner with several companies to service the unique needs of our clients. In this particular case, our client Melissa Tand her business Commerical Vision, LLC. needed to show that they had an account that contained $1.5M of seasoned funds to facilitate another transaction involving a trading platform. Our partners provide this service for our clients at a significant up front fee and sometimes with a back-end % due at 30 days. This upfront fee is typically 1% to 15% depending on the amount and how many days the funds need to be in the account typically 30-60 days. Our usual partner charges 6% on average. In this matter we negotiated for an up front retainer of only $8100, which was basically the cost quoted by the service provider Frotto Inc. including $300 for Silverline processing time, with 2% of $1.5M to be paid at 30 days. Good deal for Silverline. Frotto Inc. is based in Los Angeles, CA During this transaction, our company was in the middle of moving and the partners have not been available on a constant basis. Due to this fact and the time constraints required by the client, I asked my friend Kelly Robinson, who has assisted me with business and personal matters to help facilitate the transaction to save time and help me get the transaction completed. I did not have access to our business account at the time due to mitigating factors and wanted to assist the client meet her deadline. As soon as the funds cleared Kelly's account I instructed her to deposit $7800 into Frotto Inc.'s account per the required instructions of the account representative Anthony Parker (Ivy). We have all of the documentation contrary to the satements in this report. Upon confirmation of reciept of funds in Frotto's account, the service provider was to open an account in Bank America in Commercial Visions name and place $1.5M in the account but which would not be accessible by Commercial vision. This was to take place in 72 hrs, as promised by the account representative. Initially there was some delay, due to the funds not being available because of some transaction that had taken place. We were then advised by Frotto that the account would be active at 12am on Friday June 6, 2008. This was not confirmed as was promised by Frotto. We asked for the order to be cancelled and for the retainer to be returned. We were advised that "the account has been activated so why would we want to cancel". This is all documented in email communications which we are compiling to give copies to our client. The service provider offers a full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service or documentation. I asked for the refund, but was told that because the account was opened in Commercial Visions name and under Melissa Taitano, they would have to file a request for refund formally in writing. At the time of this report and now our rebuttal, we have been trying to get all of the documentation together for our client. However it appears that they somewhat jumped the gun by filing this report. Silverline has been negotiating in good faith to get this taken care of. Frotto had informed us that the refund process takes 7-10 days and the monies will be sent directly to Commerical Vision. We are still in the process of getting this taken care and am dismayed that Melissa would stoop to such action as we have been acting in good faith considering the circumstances. There has not been any fraud committed in this case by any officer, associate, or person associated with Silverline. The documentation will show that everything was done properly on our part and that the service provider Frotto created this situation by not performing as promised to Commercial Vision and Silverline as their agent. This situation is still pending and hopefully will be resolved shortly. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Edward Fontaine
